A credit card or advance payment by check confirms your reservation. For your convenience, we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

Cancellation Policy
Your deposit will be refunded if the room can be re-booked. Failure to give 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in a full charge for the reservation.

Check In and Check Out Times
Check in time is 1 pm.
Check out is 11:00 am. 

Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, we don't permit smoking in our suites.   Guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony and downstairs on the sidewalk.  Both areas are covered.

Pet Policy
We will permit a cat or small dog in Suite Two with a $15 non-refundable fee. Please mention your pet when making your reservation. Pets are not permitted in Suites One, Three or Four.   All pets must be washed and groomed before arriving at Sea Breeze and no pets are allowed on furniture.  Additional fees will be charged for excessive cleaning.
